Privacy Policy
Who we are & scope
Super Company ("Superco", "we", "us") runs gosuperco.com, the Launch website product, and the growth services described on this site. This policy covers what we collect when you visit this site, use the grader, talk to us, or sign up for Launch or a growth service.
Two hats, called out plainly: for data you give us directly (your name, your email, your account), we decide how it's used and this policy governs. For data that flows through a website or marketing system we build and run for your business (your customers' info), you're in charge of it and we process it on your instructions — see "Data we process on your behalf" below.
What we collect
What you give us: your name, email, business name, website URL, and anything you type into the contact form, grader, intake, or signup. If you create an account, we store your login credentials (or your Google sign-in identity, if you use that instead).
What we get automatically: standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps. We use these to keep the site running and to spot abuse, not to build advertising profiles.
What we don't do: we don't buy data about you, and we don't sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How we use it
To do the thing you asked for: run your grader report, answer your message, set up and operate your Launch site or growth services, bill you, and support you.
To operate the business: keep the site secure, debug problems, and understand which pages work. If you've talked to us or used the grader, we may follow up about your results or our services — every email like that has a working unsubscribe, and one click ends it.
The grader
The grader takes the website URL and contact details you submit, fetches the public pages of that site, and produces an audit report. We keep the report and your submission so we can walk you through the results — that's the point of a free audit from a company that sells the fix.
We only analyze what's publicly visible on the site you submit. If you submit a URL you don't own, the report still only reflects public information.
Data we process on your behalf
When we build and run a site or marketing system for your business, data about your customers — leads, form fills, subscriber lists, order info — belongs to you. We process it only to deliver the service you hired us for, on your instructions, and we don't use your customer data for our own marketing.
If you connect third-party accounts (for example Google, Meta, TikTok, or Stripe) so we can run services for you, we access those accounts only through the permissions you grant, only for the connected service, and you can revoke access at any time from the platform's own settings.
When your service ends, we hand your data back or delete it on request — your list is your list, and no lock-in includes your data.
SMS & email marketing consent
Some growth services involve sending email or SMS to your customers on your behalf. Those messages go only to people who opted in, every message identifies your business, and every message carries a working opt-out (reply STOP for SMS, unsubscribe link for email). Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.
You're responsible for having valid consent for any list you bring to us; we're responsible for never messaging anyone who has opted out through a system we run.
Third parties & subprocessors
We use a small set of providers to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication and database), and Stripe (payment processing — we never see or store your full card number). Platforms you choose to connect (such as Google, Meta, or TikTok) receive data only because you connected them.
Each provider gets only what it needs to do its job, and none of them are allowed to use your data for their own purposes beyond providing the service to us. We'll update this section if the list changes.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to function: session cookies that keep you signed in and security cookies that protect forms. No third-party advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking, no cookie wall.
Because we only set essential cookies, there's no consent banner to click through — there's nothing optional to consent to.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click, and you can close your account at any time.
To exercise any of these, email support@gosuperco.com or use the contact form at gosuperco.com/contact. We'll verify it's really you, then act on the request without drama. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR or California under the CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights, and we honor those too.
Retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it: account data for as long as your account is open, billing records as long as tax and accounting law requires, grader submissions and support threads long enough to be useful and no longer. When data is no longer needed, we delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people who need it to do their jobs, and credentials are managed through our providers' security tooling. No one can honestly promise perfect security; if a breach ever affects your data, we'll tell you promptly and plainly.
International transfers
We're a US-based company and our providers store data primarily in the United States. If you use the site from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, protected by the safeguards described in this policy and our providers' standard data-protection terms.
Children
This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, tell account holders directly. We won't quietly weaken your protections and call it a clarification.
Contact
Questions, requests, or complaints about privacy: email support@gosuperco.com with "privacy" in the subject, or use the contact form at gosuperco.com/contact. We read everything that comes through.
